Food was great. I had the supremes with dirty rice.

Always fresh and the store is always clean. Good customer service.

Been good every time I've been there even if they are out of what I ordered they still have plenty on the menu

Count on a friendly staff and well above average food quality, especially for a fast food restaurant.

I suggested an edit to the business hrs...Googles says 'open til 10pm ' on Friday...the restaurant itself wouldnt take orders at 920pm.

Although I really enjoy eating there, today was not a good day for me. Due to medical reasons I haven't been able to visit as often as my Sister and we're accustom to. Placed an order through the drive through window for a dozen fresh buttered biscuits. I was shocked while sitting in my car, I. Watched the young lady preparing the biscuits by just dumping scoops of butter and closing them. At that point I asked for Management, the rest, I'm sure you know the restI will still go back with my Sister, we enjoy Bojangles

We enjoy the family meals. My husband is a truck driver for Mitchell Grocery/B&G and usually on his New Jersey trip he'll bring in the 8pc tailgate. The sweet tea is wonderful. Thank you for making our supper and those boxes is perfect for thinning out you file cabinet.....

well I went for a job interview and after I got there she told me that they didn't need me after telling me the night before that they needed me so then I walked home because I didn't have a ride and it is 9.2 miles to walk home it would have been much nicer if she hadna misled me it's okay now though because I have a wonderful job so I guess in a roundabout way I should say thank you

Ordered a 3 piece dinner tonight. Got my sides and biscuit. 17 minutes later, sides are cold and no chicken. I left and told them “I’m good, no hurry on the chicken”. There was one table in the restaurant and one car in the drive through. $8 for a side of rice and taters....minus the chicken. I’m fat, maybe they were looking out for my health. If so, I apologize for this review and say “thank you” to those chicken slingers who had my personal health as priority one. If you are hankering for chicken, good luck getting any here.

We love the 2 for 3.50 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and they are 9/10 times fresh. They are friendly and speedy at the drive thru and I appreciate them making my requests so easily. We will continue going back here for our days out morning biscuits!

I have always been pleased with the food and service at Bojangles. The employees go out of their way to make your visit good.

The chicken is awesome. The staff is friendly, courtesy and really nice. There was a mistake on my order and they went above and beyond my expectations to rectify it. Goodbye KFC, it was nice knowing you. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

As someone who eats out a lot, I can credibly say that this location is the best Bojangles I've eaten at. Cleanliness, food, customer service - the whole package. It's obvious this location is run by a manager and staff who is on their "A" game.

The chicken was really good along with the biscuits.

Erin greeted us with a smile and positive energy welcoming us as if she knew us.She cleared tables for folks who finished eating as they sat and talked asking if they enjoyed their meal. Then she cheerfully wished them a good day as they left.We received better service at Albertville, AL Bojangles than a typical sit down restaurant having to leave an undeserved tip!This is our first visit here and we will definately be back to try out other meals and hoping for this exceptional service.I never do reviews on anything but, being in retail for 40 years I felt you should know about my experience today!!

Their chicken is spicy which I don't do spicy. I got the country ham biscuit & the bo berry biscuit which is amazing! Love it so yummy!

People were very nice! The biscuits were ok. They were better the last time I was there. I haven't been there enough to really rate themIt's a little tricky to get into the parking lot but ok after you've been there several times. Not usually a wait like at the other biscuit places!

Awesome breakfast biscuit and coffee. Very VERY clean dinning area and bathrooms which is important but the VERY most important fact and detail was the customer service!!!!! Which was just PERFECT!

Not a fan of the sides that come with the chicken which is sad cause the chicken is pretty tasty. I had Mac and cheese that was dry as a bone and about as flavorful as my dogs chew toy. The mashed potatoes and gravy are a reheat from breakfast. I won't be back any time soon.

Awesome chicken but they need to train cashier's better before leaving them alone on the drive thru. She got our orders and drinks wrong but she was very sweet.

Matthew was an amazing manager and customer service rep. The staff under his leadership went above and beyond to accommodate us quickly and efficiently and the food was amazing! Hot, fresh, cooked to order and smiles all around!!

It was clean. The food was fresh and very HOT. I had to wait a couple of minutes for it to cool. The biscuits didn't seem fresh, not very soft but I wouldn't say they were hard. Just not fresh. It was a good value.

The food was not good. Chicken was dried out. People were very nice but we really didn't like the food.

Bojangles is just awesome love everything they have they beat Popeyes hands down

Excellent location of Bojangles. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the food is always fresh. The music is lite classical and makes for a very nice dining atmosphere. Clean restrooms too which is always a plus.

It's fast food, but good food. My only "complaint"(barely a complaint) would be atmosphere. I went kind of late, but the restaurant basically was out of time. It felt like the world around me stopped. I don't know why. I think it was inside decoration. The chicken was good. Would go again.
